Neferu-Ra by Rene Cordova

The awesome Rene Cordova drew my heroine Neferu-Ra for me! In legend, Neferu-Ra was a princess of Egypt, and her name meant "the Beauty of Ra". She was reputed to be very beautiful. In my universe, Ra granted a portion of his powers to a champion, and named her Neferu-Ra.

Helldawn

It's Helldawn, one of the bad guys in my universe. He actually comes from an alternate universe, and is that reality's version of Yugere. Yugere has traveled the multiverse, and has met alternate versions of himself. Helldawn is the evil version. While not as powerful, Helldawn is vile, and willing to do his best to steal power from his counterpart. He's even crossed realities to do so!

Now I know that this could have been a better sketch. I did a quickie sketch of what I wanted Helldawn to look like, and then did a quickie ink job, and will likely do a quickie colour job eventually. However, I wanted to get the idea down, and then get something added to this blog. :)

TYLER by Nate Stockman

It's Tyler, the star of my 'Friends Of Tyler' strip. Here, he is drawn by Nate Stockman. I love Nate's style and how he handles all my characters! I'm looking forward to getting more art by him in the near future!

AMERICA ANNE Sketch Card by Korey

It's America's favourite Daughter Of Liberty - America Anne! Even tho she was given electrical powers, the government decided that America Anne was better used to inspire and boost morale during the World War. She did manage to slip off and fight her share of Nazi spies, mobsters, and other criminals. She even gathered other costumed heroes together as the Sons And Daughters Of Liberty. At the end of the war, America Anne sacrificed herself to stop the demon known as Queen Of The Ball. Or did she...

Sketch Cards and Commissions!

Pictured here are three sketch cards I've drawn up of my original characters: Isaac, Atlas Parker, and Mr. Amazing. While these are on the "beefcake" side of things, there are plenty of ACEO / Sketch Cards available in my eBay store. Check them out - they're a nice piece of original art for less than $10! Sketch cards are meant to be a quick piece of original art at an affordable price. I take the time to turn out a nice card, but at the same time I don't spend all day on just one card.

I am available for commissions. Just send me an email - dynakor@yahoo.com I usually charge $11.95 for a card commission. I send scans of the pencils for approval, the inks, and then the final product. I always wait for approval before moving on to the next stage with the card. I'm open to most things, tho I reserve the right to refuse or to negotiate the content of a commission. (I mostly stay away from horror.) You can see more of my art at my deviantArt gallery.
Fair warning: If you're checking out my dA page, or eBay store, I also sell "beefcake" photos, taken by me. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, and I do have my store divided into sections.

Have a great week, everyone!

Gene by Comfort Love

Meet Gene, as drawn by artist Comfort Love. Comfort drew this for me at MegaCon 2009. I had the pleasure of meeting her and her husband Adam Withers there, tho I had been following them on deviantArt for some time. If memory serves, we met at a convention before that MegaCon. Comfort did this great piece of Gene for me. Gene is one of the Friends Of Tyler, and I'll tell more about him in the near future.

Check out Comfort on deviantArt: http://comfortlove.deviantart.com/ Comfort and Adam have some awesome comics available, including The Uniques! Check out her journals there for more info!

shirtless heroes

We've got: Yugere, Erric Spencer of Galaxy Squadron H, The Grey Warrior, and Mr. Amazing. Now granted, Grey Warrior and Mr. A usually run around with no shirt on, but... it's summer and a little beefcake never hurt anyone! Art by Terry Huddleston.

AMERICA ANNE - again

Here's another America Anne piece, penciled by me and inked by James Mitchell. James and I did some art trades in the 1990's. He was doing his own comic fanzine then, with original stories and heroes. It was called Mission: Genesis. Good story, and engaging characters. Unfortunately, we lost track of each other. James, if you're out there, drop me a line!

In my universe, America Anne got her start during the 1940's. She was given powers, including some mild electrical generation and control, put into a costume, and sent off to sell war bonds! Even tho the government just wanted to use her as a symbol to promote patriotism, she managed to go off on her own and do some crime-fighting and spy smashing! She even organized the heroes of the time into a super-team. As the war was ending, she got pushed forward in time, and has only recently reappeared... (see the forth-coming Adventure Squad Comics #1 for details!)

AMERICA ANNE

In the spirit of Independence Day, I give you my patriotic heroine: America Anne! Here, Anne is drawn by Terry Huddleston.

Ms. Power by Terry Huddleston

Here's the fabulous Ms. Power of the Adventure Squad. Ms. Power is a woman out of time! She started her career in the 1940's as Miss Power. After being kidnapped and taken to another dimension by the mad demi-god Malovolent, she returned to Earth to find herself in the modern world. For her, only a couple of years had passed, but time runs differently in other dimensions. She also returned with a bevy of super-powers, including flight and super-strength. Once again, art is by the wonder-full Terry Huddleston!

Lightning Strike by Terry Huddleston

Here's Lightning Strike, of my super-team the Adventure Squad. As his name implies, his powers are electrical in nature. Art by Terry Huddleston.
